Bring 2 cups of water to a boil in a medium saucepan over high heat. Add honey and spices to taste (1/2 teaspoon each should do) to sweeten the drink. Add 4 cups of unsweetened apple cider to your pot.

Over high heat, bring the water and apple cider to a boil in a large pot.

It combines cocoa powder, sugar, vanilla extract, and milk in a pot and stirs over medium heat until the mixture is bubbly.

We try to find new gluten-free Christmas cocktails for our guests every year. This year, we’re going with the Pomegranate Cranberry Mocktail. 

Combine 1/2 cup cranberry juice, 1/4 cup pomegranate juice, 2 tablespoons simple syrup, and 4 cups ice in a blender and blend until smooth.

Pour into glasses over ice cubes and garnish with fresh mint sprigs. We’ll be serving this up at our cocktail party on December 18th!

Christmas punch is a festive and delicious cocktail that’s easy to make. This version is gluten-free so that the whole family can enjoy it!

Ingredients include cranberry juice, lemon juice, ground cinnamon, ground ginger, ground nutmeg, sugar, apple cider, and apple juice.

  • Almond milk (or another dairy-free milk).

  • Vanilla extract or vanilla beans (I used vanilla extract, but you can also use a whole pod).
  • Salt (or less if you are sensitive to salt).
  • Water.

21. Spiced Orange Hot Chocolate  

This hot chocolate has just four ingredients: milk, dark chocolate, orange zest, and cinnamon. The recipe is so simple that it will become your go-to for winter.

To make: Combine milk and dark chocolate in a saucepan and heat on medium until melted. Stir until smooth, add orange zest, and simmer for 5 minutes.

22. Winter Citrus Hot Toddy

This is not excluded from our list of the best gluten-free Christmas cocktails.

To prepare: In a saucepan, combine 12 ounces of freshly squeezed orange juice, 4 ounces of freshly squeezed lemon juice, 1 teaspoon of whole cloves, and 2 cinnamon sticks. Simmer over medium heat for 10 minutes. 

Afterward, remove the mixture from the stove and add 2 teaspoons of honey or agave syrup. Pour it into a mug with one ounce of bourbon (optional) and garnish with an orange slice. 

23. Brandy Flip

Pour 6 ounces of brandy, 3 tablespoons of sugar, and 6 egg yolks into a shaker filled with ice. Shake until frothy.

Add 12 to 16 ounces of heavy cream, shake again until it’s frothy, and pour it into glasses filled with ice cubes.

24. Spiked Hot Apple Cider 

Of the gluten-free Christmas cocktails, the Spiked Hot Apple Cider is a great option for your gluten-free friends and family this holiday season.

It includes sugar, butter, water, nutmeg, and cinnamon sticks that are boiled together until the sugar dissolves. 

A mug of hot water with a touch of butter stirred in is topped with rum of choice.

Freshly grated nutmeg and ground cinnamon are garnished. Depending on your serving size preference, this recipe serves 1-2 people.
